Pre-purchase your repair or calibration online and then just send in your unit for evaluation and repair / calibration.
After ordering a customer support representative will contact you with instructions to ship the unit to us for repair.
*Please note that the shipping charge only covers return shipping to your location, you are responsible for shipping the unit to Tempo
Please note, if the unit needing repair is not received by Tempo Communications, or order canceled, within 90 days of your order, your order will be canceled and refunded, less a $75 administration fee.
